Requirements

• Ideally, you have 2+ Years experience in an IT Support environment (in the form of Work experience or Apprenticeship)
• You are used to managing Windows and Mac environments, and have some experience with Google Workspace
• You are familiar with IT security principles and best practices
• You are able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• You can work in a dynamic environment while also addressing ad hoc requests effectively
• You are highly proficient in spoken and written English and have good command of German

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive and high-quality day-to-day IT support to employees in our Munich office as well as our remote workers
• Manage the seamless onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring that their IT needs are addressed promptly and efficiently
• Demonstrate proficiency in supporting both Mac and Windows environments, addressing user concerns and troubleshooting issues on both platforms
• Manage and support SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Slack and others, ensuring that employees can effectively collaborate using these platforms
• Oversee the organization's IT inventory, maintaining accurate records of hardware, software, and peripherals
• Maintain comprehensive documentation related to IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and user guides for common issues
