Requirements

• Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of AWS Serverless, Typescript, Lambda, Event Bridge, and DynamoDB is essential
• Communication & Mentorship: Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, with a focus on “show, don’t tell” learning
• Cloud Transformation: Experience supporting teams in migrating from legacy platforms to cloud-native solutions
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to identifying issues and designing solutions that balance immediate and long-term needs

Responsibilities

• Design and Influence: Create resilient, efficient, and scalable AWS Serverless architectures that align with business needs
• Collaborate and Mentor : Work closely with engineering teams to ensure cloud solutions are implemented effectively, instilling best practices in AWS Serverless and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Drive Innovation: Enable teams to move quickly, with a focus on utilizing AWS Serverless, Event Bridge, and DynamoDB to support agile development
• Enhance Development Processes: Improve development speed and quality by creating clear, scalable solutions that engineering teams can follow confidently
