• Assume ownership for all engineering aspects of Wellmark’s Marketing technology platform
• Ensure the Marketing technology platform meets business needs and adheres to technology standards
• Develop infrastructure and automate it
• Manage environments strategy and management
• Ensure platform reliability and scalability
• Manage CI/CD pipeline
• Manage release management
• Manage security and compliance
• Monitor systems and respond to incidents
• Evolve and innovate the platform
• Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for agile teams
• Work cross-functionally with business stakeholders and Solution Architects in technical planning and system delivery
• Consult on business process improvements
• Ensure documentation and knowledge sharing occur as appropriate
• Provide guidance for IT policies, procedures, tools, security, and infrastructure
• Research and recommend new emerging technologies, techniques, and tools that will add value to the organization
