Requirements

• Passion for Recruitment & Business Operations: You should bring a strong enthusiasm for both recruitment and supporting business functions
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication are essential, especially for conducting candidate interviews and strengthening employer branding
• Organizational Expertise: A keen eye for detail, solid organizational skills, and familiarity with managing databases like Notion are required
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and job boards is highly desirable. Experience with recruitment software is an added advantage
• Proactive & Adaptable: We value initiative, independence, and the ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic startup setting
• AI Proficiency: Experience in advanced AI prompting to streamline workflows is a plus
• Only Filipino nationals are eligible for this role, as it is intended to strengthen an existing team of Filipino professionals

Responsibilities

• Craft tailored job descriptions for diverse recruiter roles (Junior to Lead) and post on LinkedIn, Facebook, and job boards
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter Seat to actively source recruitment candidates
• Keep the candidate database up to date
• Review CVs, conduct intake interviews, and manage candidate documentation
• Create and manage engaging content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to attract recruiters
• Develop a comprehensive “white book - SOPs” detailing all company processes
• Conduct research and SWOT analyses, and assist in strategy and recruitment tool implementation
• Contribute to a marketing agenda to attract recruiters to our network
