Remote Technical Security Consultant

Summary

Join our team as a Technical Security Consultant and play a pivotal role in supporting and guiding our organization on all security-related topics. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of operations and development within legacy data centers and cloud platforms, with additional expertise in OTC and FCI being a plus.

Requirements

• Knowledge about security, security architecture and way to implement them
• Knowledge about regulations (NIS2, KRITIS, ISO, SOC, et. al.) and processes
• Extensive knowledge of operations and development within legacy data centers and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure); experience with OTC and FCI is a plus
• Strong understanding of technical architectures and the ability to solve complex security problems
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues and solutions to a diverse audience
• Proven ability to lead technical streams and guide teams towards successful security implementations
• Experience in preparing and presenting information to management
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Consulting: Provide expert advice on all security-related topics within the organization, including DT IT, Group, and Suppliers
• Technical Support: Offer technical support and guidance to other teams within the organization
• Leadership: Lead technical streams and initiatives to ensure the successful implementation of security measures
• Dependency Management: Explain dependencies and relationships within systems and applications, ensuring compliance and security
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve upcoming security issues and challenges, particularly within microservice-based architectures
• Communication: Effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to a wide audience, including the preparation and presentation of management-level PowerPoint presentations
• Security Strategy: Build the technical foundation to achieve given security goals or strategies, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of global security solutions and products
