Requirements

  • Have first-hand experience in E-Commerce, Logistics, Accounting, or IT with IMAP, SQL, or API connections
  • Have prior contact with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., JTL, actindo, odoo, Navision, Billbee) or be familiar with Xentral
  • Speak and write fluent English (C1) and German (C1)

Responsibilities

  • Support Xentral users in resolving problems related to ERP systems and software usage
  • Work with the product team to improve user experience by actively addressing common pitfalls and user questions
  • Answer typical user inquiries and serve as a liaison between users and internal departments
  • Explain software capabilities to customers and assist with problems via email, ticket system, and phone
  • Maintain quality standards for customer satisfaction and be responsible for their happiness
