Remote Travel Agent, French Speaking

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken French (B2 and up)
• Experience in a travel agency, tour operator, airline, or in customer service dedicated to hotels, rental companies, and all other travel-related activities
• At least 2 years of previous experience helping Clients in any capacity/line of work
• Knowledge of the main concept of the Travel Industry

Responsibilities

• Helping our customers find convenient and cost-effective travel solutions
• Proactively manage overbooking, reallocations, and any other situation that may occur during a trip
• Working with all Team Service to provide a quality and customized service based on the needs of each customer

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of GDS system and travel provider for Hotel, Car and Train
• Knowledge of an additional language between French, German, and Italian
• Experience in the Tourism and travel industry
• Experience in Corporate Customer Service
