Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

• Support community and utility department efforts on assigned tasks, including projects, compliance follow-up, and project management
• Provide timely and consistent follow-through with state agencies, vendors, communities, and the home office teams
• Maintain open communications with all community, regional, and home office team members
• Attend internal and external meetings, providing relevant updates based on discussed topics
• Foster transparent communication across all levels of the organization
• Ensure consistent and effective vendor interactions to meet operational needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships within your team and across key cross-functional departments
• Consistently execute Havenpark’s standard operating procedures and policies to achieve operational excellence
• Demonstrate Havenpark’s core values in interactions with coworkers, lenders, and other third parties
• Regularly communicate with team members at all levels (e.g., field staff, home office staff, and senior management) to align company priorities and goals
