Requirements

- Quick reading and ability to adapt in addressing of warning signs is essential
- Working knowledge of software and hardware systems and ability to articulate technology to non-technical users (Required)
- Knowledge of veterinary PiMS/EMR Software
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite- Word, Excel, Outlook
- Demonstrable ability to conduct Microsoft Teams/Zoom Meetings
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the CUBEX hardware and software solutions for Veterinary Practices
- Manage remote or onsite installation of CUBEX hardware and software solutions
- Conduct client staff training. Providing an engaging and thorough experience
- Provided technical support, workflow audits and best practices recommendations to veterinary teams
- Engage with Cubex clients through video conferencing tools for remote training sessions
- Internal Coordination with Integration Team and Account Manager(s) related to client Integration technology and Post-Account Management/Support needs
- Strategy and Process development participation as it relates to Pre-Implementation, Implementation and Post-Implementation Support
- Identification and escalation of customer challenges to Professional Services and Sales Team
- Provide client-facing written/verbal report of implementation agenda, training goals, successes, and challenges to client and internal Cubex team
Preferred Qualifications
- Bonus points for Knowledge of SaaS-based inventory management technology solutions
- Data interpretation, manipulation, management in Excel
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- Knowledge of GuideCX Onboarding Software
