Requirements

• You don’t just communicate - you connect . You’re experienced in client management, with a knack for understanding and interpreting their needs, providing clear solutions, and nurturing productive, long-term relationships Advanced English proficiency and communication skills both in speaking and writing
• You are comfortable and enjoy speaking with Australian clients
• Figma Pro: With Figma as your playground, your expertise shines in creating intuitive, detailed, and stunning designs. Mastery in Figma is essential as you translate complex concepts into functional, visually appealing digital products
• Product Savvy: You understand the broader product development cycle and know how to balance user needs with business goals. Your design decisions are not just visually compelling but strategically impactful, driving product success
• Global Collaborator: Comfortably work with diverse, international stakeholders, tailoring your approach to fit varied perspectives and requirements. You can adjust and flourish across multiple time zones and cultural nuances
• Has a personal working laptop or desktop computer
• Has a reliable internet speed ( At least 30 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed)

Responsibilities

• DESIGN user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications, focusing on optimizing usability and enhancing user satisfaction
• WORK closely with developers, product managers, product strategists, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately
• ANALYZE testing data to inform future design decisions and iterate on designs accordingly
• CREATE high-fidelity prototypes and mockups to illustrate design ideas and concepts
• Lead design sprints and create prototypes that bring ideas to life, using Figma as your primary tool
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
