Remote Web Analyst Senior

Join our team as a Web Analyst to contribute to infrastructure automation, continuous delivery, observability, and security by analyzing web performance data, designing A/B experiments, and conducting ad-hoc analyses. As a key player in delivering impactful insights to stakeholders, you will lead web analytics projects, build data pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in analytics
• Proficiency in SQL and handling large data sets
• Experience with Databricks, Posit, and GitHub is a plus
• Ability to stitch, calibrate, and control the quality of data from multiple sources
• Strong ability to distill complex data into actionable insights
• Web analytics experience
• Expertise in designing and analyzing A/B tests
• Proficiency in Adobe Analytics Workspace, Target, and clickstream data
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
• Familiarity with data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling
• Experience with Python, R, and SQL

Responsibilities

• Lead web analytics projects, delivering impactful insights to key stakeholders
• Analyze and present web performance data (tests, campaigns, RCA) to leadership weekly, focusing on traffic and e-commerce conversions
• Design and analyze A/B experiments, owning the test readouts and results
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to understand customer behavior, trends, and data discrepancies using Adobe Experience Cloud Suite (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Experience Manager, etc.)
• Build and manage data pipelines and reporting solutions, primarily based on Adobe Analytics clickstream data
• Create and maintain data sets for investigative analyses and scalable reporting solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency
