Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, account management, or inside sales
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed quota in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing a large, diverse customer base across multiple time zones
  • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; able to build rapport and trust quickly
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team setting
  • Tech-savvy, resourceful, and highly adaptable to change
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and comfortable analyzing usage and revenue data

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-volume SaaS renewals pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate subscription renewals
  • Proactively engage customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings to discuss renewal options and address concerns
  • Negotiate renewal pricing and contract terms to maximize retention and customer value
  • Develop strategies to reduce churn and strengthen customer relationships across your territory
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and provide accurate renewal forecasts and reporting
  • Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer usage trends and needs
  • Partner closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to expand revenue within your book of business
  • Serve as the customer advocate internally—bringing feedback to improve our products, services, and customer experience
