Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or account management roles, preferably in a software or technology-related industry
- Solid negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex renewal scenarios
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels
- Experience in providing customer service support
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Managing a high volume of accounts, ensuring a high rate of contract renewals
- Extending and upgrading current client contracts
- Identifying upsell opportunities within existing customer projects, client portfolios, or large client agreements
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Providing solutions to improve customer business needs, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and retention
- Partnering closely with Multiple Client Services, Sales, and Operational teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keeping clients informed of product innovations and updates
