Join Ideals, a global B2B SaaS company, as a Reporting Analyst working remotely from India. You will play a key role in analyzing financial data, preparing monthly reports, and developing reporting policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Finance, Tax, and Legal, reporting to the Financial Controlling Lead. Responsibilities include interpreting and analyzing financial data, preparing and automating monthly reports, developing reporting documents, supporting finance process automation, participating in audits, performing QA on financial reporting, and supporting the rollout of a new FP&A/Reporting tool. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with financial reporting, and proficiency in Excel and other relevant tools.
Requirements
- Upper-Intermediate English β both oral and written
- 5+ years of experience on a similar role in international tech or non-tech multinational companies
- Experience in multi-currency consolidations within an international group
- High proficiency in Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets
- Experience with an ERP tool (preferably NetSuite Oracle)
- Familiarity with FP&A tools such as Vena, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Hyperion or similar
- Proficiency in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and/or local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Knowledge of the principles and rules of management accounting
- Ability to learn fast and tech-savviness
- Attention to detail and ability to handle various tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze large finance data arrays and convert them into reports for various stakeholders
- Prepare monthly management reporting package and automate it according to the zone of responsibility
- Develop policies, instructions (internal and external), and other required documents for reporting needs
- Support the automation of finance processes based on daily work
- Participate in and support external audits (preferably for future activities)
- Perform quality assurance (QA) of management financial reporting
- Support the business in the rollout of a new FP&A/Reporting tool
Preferred Qualifications
- Skills in writing policies and understanding the company's business processes
- Ability to create reports using Google Big Query using basic SQL scripts
