Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of experience in a data analytics or product analyst role
• Proficient in SQL with a strong desire to write queries and optimize database performance
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase and Superset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Windows, Excel, Word)
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
• Self-motivated with a passion for learning and professional development
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases
• Design, build, and customize reporting dashboards using tools like Metabase and Superset
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective dashboards
• Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data presented in reporting dashboards
• Communicate complex data findings clearly to internal and customer-facing stakeholders to foster data-driven decision-making
• Stay updated with industry trends in data analysis and visualization to improve the platform’s capabilities
• Participate in training sessions and shadowing opportunities to learn effective navigation and interpretation of reporting dashboards
• Utilize billions of data points to generate ad hoc and automated reports for automotive dealer groups

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus
