Summary

Join Eneba, a rapidly growing marketplace for gamers, as their first-ever Reputation Manager. You will be responsible for building and leading Eneba's online reputation strategy across various platforms such as Reddit, Trustpilot, Quora, Google Play, and YouTube. This role involves developing proactive frameworks to boost positive sentiment, neutralize negative feedback, and drive brand trust. You will work collaboratively with marketing, support, SEO, and influencer teams to ensure reputation management is integrated into user acquisition and retention efforts. This is a hands-on, creative role requiring the use of various tactics to shape brand perception. The position offers significant scale and the opportunity to lead Eneba's online voice.

Requirements

  • Proven experience using black hat / gray hat tactics for online reputation management in B2C and/or B2B settings
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Reddit, Trustpilot, Quora, Google Play reviews, and YouTube comments
  • Strong technical knowledge of managing accounts, IP rotation, and navigating platform Terms & Conditions
  • Experience developing creative, hackish solutions to shape public perception
  • Strong sense of ownership, proactive mindset, and ability to thrive independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Enebaโ€™s reputation management strategy across Reddit, Trustpilot, Quora, Google Play, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Monitor sentiment, flag risks, and proactively shape conversations, not just respond to them
  • Build and maintain multi-account systems, comment boosting strategies, and IP management practices to maximize our visibility and reputation
  • Partner with support teams to close the loop on user complaints, reducing negative buzz
  • Collaborate with SEO, Influencer, Paid Media, and Content teams to align messaging and optimize brand perception
  • Establish dashboards and alert systems to monitor our reputation in real time
  • Over time, build a scalable team or network to expand Enebaโ€™s reputation footprint

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with automation and alert tools for sentiment monitoring
