You will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging industry professionals for interviews, focusing on the Pan-Asia region, particularly Japan. Requirements

• Demonstrate a real interest in financial markets and the alternative investments space
• Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with C-level industry experts on the phone
• Demonstrate skill in carrying out phone-based and desktop research with a logical and focused approach
• Be self-motivated, resourceful, diligent, and proactive in your work
• Be able to work well within a team, in a fast-paced environment, and under pressure; a positive and can-do attitude is essential
• Be able to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively and reach assigned KPIs
• Obtain a score of >3.0 GPA if you’re a fresh graduate
• Be fluent in spoken and written English and Japanese
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or above

Responsibilities

• Perform research on industries and businesses in the Pan-Asia region, focusing on the Japan market, to source and identify relevant individuals (C-level executives and practitioners) for moderated interviews
• Engage these individuals to invite them to participate in research, assessing the relevance of their insights and ensuring fees are within budget
• Build a professional network and monitor relevant markets/companies in assigned sector areas according to Forum content coverage strategies
• Work within tight deadlines and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across different global offices

• Have prior work experience (0-2 years) (an advantage but not required)
• Have immediate availability
