Requirements

• 5+ years of research and software development experience
• Highly proficient in Rust, cryptography, and low level networking
• Hands on experience with implementing and maintaining distributed databases and systems
• In depth knowledge of software engineering best practices
• Ability to work in a fully autonomous environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct innovative research in Web3 and blockchain technology, with a focus on Layer 2 scalability solutions
• Analyse and compare various scalability solutions, identifying strengths and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement blockchain applications and prototypes using Rust, ensuring robust and efficient codebases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into practical applications, enhancing our technology stack
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in scalability solutions in different runtime environments
