Antarctica Global is seeking a Research & Sustainability Analyst to join their team. Requirements

• Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks such as GRI, TCFD, GHG Protocol, SBTI, etc
• Demonstrates familiarity with Indian and Global ESG markets
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret data. Command over MS Excel is preferable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and prior experience in research proposal creation are preferred
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn about market research and industry trends

Responsibilities

• Research Support: Work with Managers to assist with ongoing research projects related to Antarctica's objectives and projects
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments and understand their needs for climate tech products
• Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and analyze primary and secondary datasets to substantiate research briefs
• Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized records of research findings, procedures, and methodologies. Execute research reports and presentations with clear visibility of project objectives and benefits expected by consumers and business partners
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team on groundbreaking research and stay up-to-date on ESG concepts, work-related methodologies, and best practices in the ESG domain
• Learning and Development: Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance your research skills and knowledge
