This Master's level internship, based remotely with hybrid options in Toronto, offers an hourly rate of $32. You will bridge market research and prospect data optimization, analyzing market trends, evaluating outreach performance, and delivering actionable insights. The role involves conducting comprehensive market analysis, developing competitor profiles, monitoring global economic developments, and preparing insightful reports. You will also analyze outreach campaign data, collaborate with the business development team, and utilize tools like HubSpot, Google Suite, and Tableau. Finally, you will synthesize findings and develop actionable strategies aligning market opportunities with outreach initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s program in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. or a related field. Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory
  • Demonstrated experience in market research, data analysis, or a similar role
  • Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Google Suite, Tableau, and CRM platforms, including expertise in creating visualizations with Tableau
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about leveraging data to drive business growth and innovation

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities relevant to Vosyn’s strategic objectives
  • Develop industry and competitor profiles to inform capital markets and business development strategies
  • Monitor global economic developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to guide decision-making
  • Prepare detailed market insights reports for leadership and stakeholders
  • Analyze outreach campaign data to identify patterns, optimize prospecting strategies, and improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with the business development team to refine segmentation, targeting, and messaging approaches
  • Utilize tools like HubSpot, Google Suite, and Tableau to track and report on prospect engagement metrics
  • Create dashboards and data visualizations to communicate outreach performance insights
  • Synthesize findings from market research and prospect data analysis to provide cohesive recommendations
  • Develop actionable strategies that align market opportunities with optimized outreach initiatives
  • Support the development of scalable workflows and frameworks for market and prospect analysis
