Summary

Join Care.com as a Care Researcher and contribute to our mission of connecting people with essential care resources. You will research, locate, and contact community-based resources to match client needs, focusing on areas like alternative housing, financial assistance, and mental health support. This remote role requires a dedicated 8-hour workday and involves using various tools to find and prescreen potential resources. You will maintain detailed documentation, suggest improvements to research processes, and ensure high client satisfaction. A bachelor's or associate's degree is preferred, or equivalent experience. Strong research, communication, and analytical skills are essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associate's degree preferred
  • In lieu of degree, 1-2 years’ experience in appropriate field
  • Top notch researching and networking skills
  • Ability to think out of the box
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates high commitment to team members and needs of the team
  • Strong attention to detail and adhere to call center metrics
  • Excellent computer literacy and keyboarding skills
  • Advanced skills with MS applications

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the needs of Care’s members are being met by using a variety of tools (internal database and internet) to locate potential resources
  • Research, map, telephonically contact and pre-screen potential resources that meet client specific case requirements
  • Suggest and implement new research sources, tools, methodologies and analysis techniques and share this knowledge with peers
  • Ensure highest quality of client satisfaction by meeting the company standards for daily productivity and case work quality
  • Maintain timely, detailed and appropriate documentation regarding case research, case status, research process and results
  • Assist with special projects as requested
  • And any and all responsibilities as assigned by management

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CRM systems preferred
