Requirements
- Previous experience in property management or hospitality management
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and tact
- Proven experience in conflict resolution, particularly within the hospitality or property management context
- Knowledge of Guesty property management software
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively with minimal supervision in a remote setting
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire reservation process, ensuring all bookings are completed accurately, with outstanding payments collected, and communication up to date. This includes reviewing all other staff reservations, ensuring all reservations and payments have been created correctly
- Ensure that reservations, including modifications, are handled efficiently and correctly at all times
- Proactively address guest-related issues, ensuring the swift and effective resolution of any challenges or conflicts that may arise during the reservation process or stay
- Monitor and oversee all reservations-related processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to best practices. Suggest and implement process improvements where necessary
- Provide exceptional service to guests by responding promptly to inquiries, addressing any concerns, and ensuring their needs are met leading up to and throughout their stay. Ensure that all communication is clear, timely, and professional
- Work closely with property managers, accountants, and onsite management to ensure seamless operations. Ensure that all parties are aligned and informed about reservations, payments, and guest needs
- Proficiently use property management software, we use Guesty, to manage reservations, guest information, and operational workflows
- Monitor resort spending and collaborate with onsite management to accurately account for all expenses. Prepare and submit detailed resort expense reports to ownership, ensuring all costs are captured and reported correctly. Provide regular updates on operational metrics and performance
