Summary

The Seasonal Retail Associate at Fanatics is responsible for driving sales revenue, creating an enjoyable shopping experience, and maintaining retail standards. The associate will work part-time and may have to work extended hours on game days and during events. Required qualifications include being at least 18 years old, having a high school diploma or equivalent, and past retail or sales experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age, High School graduate or equivalent
• Availability to work extended hours on game days and during events
• Foreign language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Carry out the front line selling effort, driving sales revenue for the organization
• Create an enjoyable shopping experience for customers
• Maintain retail standards through back of house operations
• Process sales transactions via the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS)
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service

Past experience working in retail or sales
