Summary

The Seasonal Retail Associate at Fanatics is responsible for frontline selling, creating a positive shopping experience, and maintaining retail standards. The position requires strong verbal communication skills, the ability to build product knowledge, and the physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs. The part-time position offers a salary range of $15.00/hr. The job may require working extended hours on game days and during events, and the candidate should be prepared for various weather elements if assigned location is outside of the shop. The job requires full vaccination against COVID-19.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Availability to work extended hours on game days and during events
• Full vaccination against COVID-19

Responsibilities

• Carry out the front line selling effort, driving sales revenue for the organization
• Create the ultimate shopping experience for our fans
• Maintain retail standards through back of house operations
• Process sales transactions via the Fanatics Point of Sale System (POS)
