Summary

Therabody is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join their team. The associate will communicate the brand's values, create an excellent consumer experience, and have a thorough knowledge of all Therabody products. The role requires experience within the health and wellness field, excellent communication skills, retail knowledge in using POS and CRM systems, and the ability to lift boxes up to 50lbs.

Requirements

• Understand and follow all policies and procedures
• Contribute to the daily tasks, including but not limited to restocking inventory, cleaning, answering calls, and other assigned projects
• Experience within the health and wellness field
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Communicate Therabody’s values and brand philosophy to all guests
• Create an excellent consumer experience and promote an efficient and inclusive retail environment
• Have a thorough working knowledge of all products in the Therabody family while engaging with guests
• Participate in events outside of the store when applicable

Preferred Qualifications

Retail knowledge in using Point of Sale (POS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

Benefits

$19 - $20 an hour
