Requirements

• Flexible work schedule, including working weekends
• Able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer engagement, or related customer-facing roles, preferably in luxury or high-touch environments
• Motivated, organized, and capable of working independently while meeting goals
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a customer-first mindset
• Adaptable, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Engage customer leads through conversations that build brand and drive purchases
• Work closely with our leadership team to adopt our merchant’s brand voice and understand their products and operations
• Become a subject matter expert for assigned merchants
• Identify gaps in our internal processes and help implement improvements
• Maintain internal documentation alongside your teammates, ensuring that the information we’re sharing across teams is up to date and accurate
• Collaborate with the product team to address improvement opportunities within the platform

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with sales processes, CRM systems, or previous retail experience
• Curiosity and a passion for continuous learning, demonstrating a proactive approach to acquiring knowledge about products, industry, and customer needs
• Proven ability to thrive in team-based environments and collaborate effectively
