Summary

Join Instacart's Revenue Operations team as a Revenue Operations Manager! In this role, you will design, implement, and measure sales programs and processes to support the Brand Partnerships Team. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or a related field with demonstrated cross-functional and collaborative project management experience, and a track record of leveraging data for business impact
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce: complex dashboards and reports, custom objects and workflows
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills including experience using Microsoft or Google applications
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business & product challenges
  • Strong written & verbal communication with the ability to express complex topics clearly & easily
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize responsibilities
  • An interest in working in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment with changing responsibilities, and a willingness to lend a helping hand wherever it’s needed

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and measure sales programs and processes to support our Brand Partnerships Team
  • Collaborate closely with partner teams to enhance the systems and tools that the sales team uses to manage their business
  • Streamline workflows and processes to limit field sales exposure to operational overhead through weekly rhythm and other process enhancements
  • Use your deep understanding of the business levers and metrics to give leaders the context needed to make key decisions
  • Manage third party vendor relationships to drive more value with external tools in order to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness
  • Identify and address gaps in sales training and provide necessary tools and resources to improve sales effectiveness
  • Partner with Marketing and Advertiser Success Teams to optimize processes and tools for a cohesive revenue model that can drive desired business outcomes
  • Constantly iterate to improve reporting & associated processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Ad Sales, Media or CPG industry
  • Experience working closely with a distributed sales team
  • Experience with SQL
