Responsibilities

  • Perform exhaustive analysis for each stage of the funnel, identifying gaps in the current operation and creating strategies and improvement plans
  • Develop and implement initiatives to achieve significant improvements in Xepelin's value proposition, business model, and client management
  • Collaborate with Revenue, Risk, Operation, Growth, and Marketing teams to coordinate and ensure the execution of relevant projects within the commercial strategy
  • Conduct market analysis to anticipate significant changes and incorporate best practices into Xepelin's business model and complement the company's strategy
  • Collaborate in strategic planning and goal setting cycles for the company, coordinating with Revenue, Growth, Risk, Finance, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams
