Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in VoIP or telecommunications system administration
- Strong knowledge of VoIP technologies, SIP protocols, and network troubleshooting
- Proficiency in managing cloud-based communication systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the RingCentral platform
- Configure and deploy RingCentral devices
- Monitor system performance
- Provide end-user support and training
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RingCentral hardware, software, and network configurations
- Collaborate with IT and other departments
- Work with vendors and third-party providers
- Create and maintain documentation
- Generate reports on system usage, performance, and call metrics
Preferred Qualifications
RingCentral Certified Administrator (preferred but not required)
