Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in VoIP or telecommunications system administration
  • Strong knowledge of VoIP technologies, SIP protocols, and network troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in managing cloud-based communication systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the RingCentral platform
  • Configure and deploy RingCentral devices
  • Monitor system performance
  • Provide end-user support and training
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RingCentral hardware, software, and network configurations
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments
  • Work with vendors and third-party providers
  • Create and maintain documentation
  • Generate reports on system usage, performance, and call metrics

Preferred Qualifications

RingCentral Certified Administrator (preferred but not required)
