Join Remote as a Payroll Incident/Risk Specialist and make a difference in the global employment space. Requirements
- Strong sense of ownership, problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
- You are a super-connector, bringing together a taskforce to resolve incidents or potential incidents
- You will have 3 years+ experience within a Payroll environment
- You should have excellent project management, organizational skills and relationship building skills
- Outstanding communication skills: written and spoken
- Writes and speaks fluent English
Responsibilities
- Identify and raise potential incidents, risks and anticipated points of resistance
- Own payroll incidents end to end, ensuring a resolution and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns with the relevant stakeholders
- Investigate cases that are more complex with complete ownership and creativity
- Build relationships with other stakeholders highlighting the importance of incident impact
- Consider ways to improve process including automation
- Proactively flag and seek long-term solutions for outstanding issues and process blockers
- Own a database of RCAs and recommendations to reduce recurring incidents
- Work on the change management logs, be up to date and support the changes logged to ensure a positive customer-facing experience
- Provide period reporting to team members, department Leaders and the wider business on recent trends in Payroll incidents
