Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a business development or sales role
  • Previous experience in web3/blockchain is a must
  • Fluency in English
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, decentralised finance (DeFi), and the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including an existing network of industry contacts
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed business decisions
  • High emotional intelligence with strong relationship management skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the community
  • Be an ambassador for SwissBorg and our products
  • Take the lead in producing local community events in partnership with key stakeholders in the local web3 ecosystem
  • Participate in local events, and major web3/crypto/blockchain conferences globally along with the SwissBorg delegation
  • Contribute to the strategic growth of SwissBorg by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the web3 and financial sectors
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and drive business objectives
  • Proactively identify and share trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive landscape within the web3 and finance industries
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on business development activities, progress, and results
