Robotics DevOps Engineer

As a member of the Software Team, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and improving industrial robotic systems. This position involves monitoring existing robotic systems, assisting with infrastructure provisioning, reacting to issues, and improving monitoring infrastructure. You will work closely with the development team and make updates to AWS infrastructure. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent experience/training
• 2+ years of experience in DevOps or IT role with similar responsibilities
• Deep understanding of Linux
• Good understanding of networking
• Knowledge of AWS infrastructure, including CloudFormation or Terraform

Responsibilities

• Spend about 50% of the time working on keep up of existing robotic system monitoring
• Assist with provisioning of Monitoring infrastructure on new deployments
• React to issues detected by our automated monitoring infrastructure
• Monitor Grafana dashboards for any anomalies
• Help improve robotic fleet monitoring infrastructure
• Make changes the monitoring code
• Improve dashboards, setup new triggers, etc
• Make updates to AWS Infrastructure
• Work closely with development team on more complex monitoring features

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or exposure to Robotics or IoT
• Knowledge of Python
