Requirements
- 4-7 years of RPA development and process optimization experience
- 4-7 years of Solutions Architecture experience
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable process automation solutions using Power Automate
- Develop detailed specifications to design, configure, and implement automated workflow solutions
- Deliver reusable automation components compatible with existing systems and applications using or Power Automate
- Routinely monitor and test RPA solutions, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues to ensure optimal performance
- Gather and analyze existing process flows, use cases, and technical requirements to identify new opportunities for automation
- Collect data and metrics to monitor and maintain bot performance, measure utilization, and enhance functionality
- Document and maintain scripts, algorithms, and logic to ensure accurate, efficient, and reliable performance and functionality
- Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in automation and RPA technologies, recommending improvements and innovations
- Advanced Power Automate knowledge or demonstrated aptitude for rapid acquisition (including Orchestrator, Document Understanding, Communication Mining, Queues/Transactions, Dispatcher/Performers, and APIs)
- Experience in Power Automate
- Experience with Design Documentation
- Proficiency in Process and Workflow analysis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
