Summary
Join GoDaddy's Finance Data, Automation, and Technology (FDAT) Department as a Senior RPA Developer to build, implement, and promote automation company-wide. This remote position requires driving automation adoption by explaining technology, value, and service offerings to both business and technical users. You will identify automation opportunities, lead automation efforts, and implement a robust automation strategy. Responsibilities include end-to-end RPA automation, maintaining UiPath automations, assessing automation opportunities, leading implementation and process development, resolving technical issues, and contributing to documentation. The ideal candidate possesses 4-6 years of experience in enterprise improvement roles and 5+ years in process improvement or consultancy with digital transformation exposure. A UiPath Automation Solution Architect Developer license is preferred.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience demonstrating responsibility in enterprise improvement roles
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement or process consultancy with exposure to digital transformation programs
- Experience working as a business analyst for an RPA Automation Program
- Hands-on implementation experience with RPA
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing and implementing changes in complex organizations
- Experience working on cross-disciplinary teams in highly matrixed environments across various functional areas and IT leadership
- Strong relationship-building skills with a diversity of collaborators; proven expertise with a client-centered approach to customer engagement
Responsibilities
- Drive GoDaddy’s RPA Automation from end to end, including solution architecture, maintenance, and development
- Lead and maintain several existing RPA automations on UiPath Orchestrator and Studio, collaborating to efficiently fix common and sophisticated failures
- Understand all stages of the Automation journey, supporting team members, including new hires, to identify and assess automation opportunities with collaborators. Interact with business partners to conduct high-level process assessments and develop use cases to support automation
- Lead all implementation and process development activities within the RPA team. Act as an interface for partner management and critical issues where appropriate
- Anticipate, identify, track, and resolve technical issues, risks, and opportunities affecting our automations. Consistently apply current application development methodologies. Contribute to documentation and GoDaddy standards to further improve team skills and abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- UiPath Automation Solution Architect Developer license preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or related fields
