RPA Lead

Join GoDaddy's Finance Data, Automation, and Technology (FDAT) team and contribute to the development of AI-powered agents that transform financial processes. As a core contributor to the FDAT Agent Platform, you will deliver AI-powered agents across key Finance domains, partnering with various teams. Key responsibilities include onboarding new agent prototypes, building scalable agent frameworks, integrating agents with enterprise systems, and enhancing human-in-the-loop capabilities. This remote position requires strong programming skills (Python preferred), experience with LLM-based applications, and familiarity with enterprise systems and data sources. The ideal candidate will also possess exceptional collaboration and communication skills. Requirements

• Strong experience in one or more programming languages (Python preferred; Java, TypeScript, or Go also useful)
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, software design, microservices, and cloud computing
• Proven experience developing LLM-based applications (LangChain, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent)
• Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise systems and data sources (Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Teradata, Snowflake, S3, QuickSight)
• Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath or similar) and combined Agent + RPA workflows
• Experience with modern data engineering tools and orchestration (Spark, Airflow)
• Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to work across business and technology teams
• Strong writing and communication skills, including the ability to detail technical solutions and standard methodologies

Responsibilities

• You will be a core contributor to the FDAT Agent Platform, helping deliver a portfolio of AI-powered agents across key Finance domains
• You will partner with Finance, Corporate Tech, and RPA developers to craft, build, and scale agent-based solutions
• Key projects include onboarding new agent prototypes, building scalable agent frameworks, integrating agents with enterprise systems, and advancing our human-in-the-loop and governance capabilities
• You will contribute to deliverables such as: Agent Actions (tools) framework
• Agent Registry and Access Control
• Agent Observability
• Agent memory and knowledge base integration
• Human-in-the-loop workflow design and compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (preferably CDK)
• Understanding of GenAI design patterns such as RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), Chain of Thought, Reasoning & Planning, Task Execution
• Knowledge of Vector DBs and Knowledge Bases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
• Experience crafting human-in-the-loop workflows and ensuring auditability and compliance
• Understanding responsible AI principles, governance, and standard methodologies for enterprise AI solutions
• Familiarity with conversational UI platforms (Slack GPT, Microsoft Teams Copilot, custom chatbots)
• Understanding of key Finance processes such as Financial Close, Forecasting, Board Reporting, Procurement, or Legal workflows
