Ruby on Rails Full Stack Engineer

We're looking for a skilled engineer with experience in Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, JavaScript (especially Hotwire), and Tailwind to develop new features, solve problems, and maintain our codebase. Requirements

• Solid experience with Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and JavaScript (Hotwire)
• Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to efficiently solve technical issues
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Develop new functionalities according to our product roadmap
• Identify and solve errors in the code quickly and efficiently
• Contribute to scaling our technology to meet the growing demand of users
• Ensure that the code meets high standards of quality, performance, and security
• Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to constantly improve our technology
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve company objectives and OKRs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools
• Knowledge of MercadoPago, Stripe, or other payment methods
• Experience with Heroku
