Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1+ years of work experience in a professional services firm or 3+ years of private industry experience focused on appropriate technical area
• Experience implementing Sage Intacct Accounting software
• Training, support or consulting advisory experience
• Experience with compliance or professional standards associated with area of expertise

Responsibilities

• Links the client requirements to standard solutions and service offerings with guidance from senior team members
• Oversee smaller segments of work assigned by project managers or other senior team members
• Thoroughly documents work with clear explanations to illustrate understanding of concepts
• Informs project teams of cost, quality and schedule risks related to the scope of their portion of the engagement
• Understand client business and back-office requirements, defining service scope and labor estimates for assignments
• Research and recommend new technologies and trends
• Assist clients with back-office compliance and manage client service engagements
• Execute tasks related to client back-office services, advising, training, and assisting client staff
• Perform emergency remote support as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in NGE (Non-profit, Government, and Education), Healthcare, and/or Tribal Government Industries
