Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years of work experience in a professional services firm or 3+ years of private industry experience focused on appropriate technical area
- Experience implementing Sage Intacct Accounting software
- Training, support or consulting advisory experience
- Experience with compliance or professional standards associated with area of expertise
Responsibilities
- Links the client requirements to standard solutions and service offerings with guidance from senior team members
- Oversee smaller segments of work assigned by project managers or other senior team members
- Thoroughly documents work with clear explanations to illustrate understanding of concepts
- Informs project teams of cost, quality and schedule risks related to the scope of their portion of the engagement
- Understand client business and back-office requirements, defining service scope and labor estimates for assignments
- Research and recommend new technologies and trends
- Assist clients with back-office compliance and manage client service engagements
- Execute tasks related to client back-office services, advising, training, and assisting client staff
- Perform emergency remote support as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in NGE (Non-profit, Government, and Education), Healthcare, and/or Tribal Government Industries
