Summary
Join All Your BI, a rapidly growing data agency in Rotterdam, Netherlands, as their Sales and Business Development Lead. You will own the complete BI commercial journey, from sales execution to strategic leadership. Within your first year, you will close key deals while building a scalable, data-driven sales operation. You will develop structures and insights to expand sales capacity, deepen client relationships, and uncover new growth opportunities. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will shape strategy, build processes, and deliver exceptional client experiences. Requirements
- Strong experience in the Microsoft partner ecosystem, particularly in Data & AI
- 8+ years of experience in B2B ideally in data, analytics, SaaS, or operational services
- Approx. 3 years experience in a leadership position or high potential for Sales position
- Build and scale client acquisition from outbound outreach to long-term strategic deals
- Demonstrated success in growing revenue from existing client bases
- Strong collaboration with Marketing and Delivery and align growth strategies
- Proficient with CRM tools and modern sales practices (e.g., Pipe Drive, HubSpot, MEDDIC, Challenger)
Responsibilities
- Own the commercial strategy in collaboration with leadership
- Leverage our Microsoft Data & AI partnership through co-selling and joint go-to-market efforts
- Align with Marketing to convert demand into pipeline and revenue
- Translate market insights and partner feedback into positioning and pricing strategy
- Define ideal customer profiles and prioritize growth segments
- Build scalable sales operations: playbooks, CRM structure, forecasting
- Drive revenue expansion within existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
