Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in an outbound sales role, with at least 1-2 years in a management position
- Proficiency with Hubspot or similar CRM software
- Advanced English skills
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to design and implement effective sales strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively within a team
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling and email campaigns to identify and penetrate new markets
- Develop tailored sales strategies to target potential clients effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key commercial clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and are delivered efficiently
- Achieve sales targets and quotas, providing regular updates to senior management
- Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to track outreach efforts
- Generate sales reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
