Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales conversations and closing sales for the online education/courses/coaching space
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience handling sales objections and gracefully but confidently walking customers through a sales journey
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations

Responsibilities

  • Conduct calls to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions
  • Use business acumen to walk customers through a journey that leads to accomplishing their goals through our program and ends with them closing a sale
  • Follow-up with customers
  • Vet applicants to ensure we’re selling to the right clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish, including negotiation and contract closing
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
