Summary

The job description is for a Sales Closer position at HeadX, a fast-paced start-up aiming to hit $100M within a couple of years. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in sales and be proficient in the B2C market, preferably in the home improvement eCommerce space.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales, Business Development, Inbound and Outbound Sales, or Account Management
  • At least 5 years’ experience in the B2C market, preferably in the home improvement eCommerce space, retail, or a related field
  • Proficiency in understanding building materials, DIY construction, gardening construction, or furniture
  • Extensive experience in the full sales cycle, including lead generation, lead nurturing, contract negotiations, and deal closures
  • Familiarity with Project Management tools like Asana, ClickUp, etc., and Google Workspace products
  • Ability to work across different time zones, primarily in the AEST time zone

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with potential clients to comprehend their needs and preferences
  • Offering solutions that are in sync with clients’ expectations and financial capabilities
  • Employing CRM tools for relationship management, sales activity tracking, and maintaining a client and prospect database
  • Consistently achieving or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Fostering relationships for referrals and repeat business
  • Participating in sales meetings and addressing customer inquiries
  • Providing comprehensive information to assist clients in informed decision-making
