Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Closer or Account Manager in a Marketing and Advertising or related industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing time effectively
  • Google Meet – for virtual sales calls and client meetings
  • Slack – for internal communication and collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Attend and actively participate in sales calls with prospective and existing clients
  • Close sales by effectively presenting services, handling objections, and negotiating terms
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
  • Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements and deliver excellent service
  • Track sales activities, maintain records, and report progress to management
  • Communicate with clients and team members via Google Meet and Slack

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) preferred
