Summary
Join WisdomTree Asset Management as a Sales Director in Southern California or Dallas, Texas, driving sales growth of ETFs and model portfolios within the Wirehouse/IBD channel. Competitive compensation, including a base salary of $120,000-$160,000, an annual discretionary bonus, and a benefits package, is offered. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 10+ years of successful outside sales experience, preferably within the ETP or broader financial services market
- Strong knowledge of ETFs, mutual funds, or other investment products
- Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and financial industry software
- Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses in good standing
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time within the Pacific Northwest territory
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet/exceed annual sales targets within their designated region
- Initiate, build, and maintain strong relationships with Financial Advisors at Wirehouse and IBD firms
- Deliver engaging presentations and insights on WisdomTree’s ETF offerings, model portfolios, and value-added resources
- Provide relevant research, data, and due diligence materials to support Financial Advisor decision-making throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and research, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
- Represent WisdomTree at regional events, conferences, and advisor meetings, showcasing the company’s commitment to innovation and excellence
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform and enhance sales strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced certifications such as CFA, CFP, or CIMA
- Strong understanding of the Wirehouse/IBD ecosystem and advisor needs
- Experience with solutions-based sales approaches
