Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Experience with Pipedrive , Instantly , or similar CRM and outreach tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-starter mindset with a passion for hitting goals
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through outbound outreach using Instantly and other channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure fit and potential
- Manage leads, activities, and deal progress within Pipedrive
- Conduct discovery calls, product/service presentations, and negotiations
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients
- Collaborate with marketing and client success teams to optimize messaging and hand-offs
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain a clear and organized sales pipeline
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors
