Summary

Join The Credit Pros as a Helpdesk Process Admin for a 100% remote, full-time opportunity. This role ensures seamless technology support and operational efficiency for the sales team. Responsibilities include providing first-level technical assistance, managing system assignments, monitoring compliance tools, and supporting training initiatives. You will serve as the primary point of contact for sales-related tech support, coordinating with offshore partners. The ideal candidate possesses experience with various sales tech stacks and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience of sales tech stack including omnichannel contact center software (Hodu), Notetaking AI-Assistant (Krisp), ticketing and project management (Jira), CRMs (HoduCC and Salesforce), sales trackers, etc
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive tasks
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting abilities
  • Experience in system testing, troubleshooting, and system maintenance
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting software and hardware, as well as sales process management
  • Experience in sales operations or customer service support roles

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, investigate, maintain, support, resolve, track and report usage, functioning and problems with Sales Team’s software and technologies
  • Provide agents with system access, assign them to their teams, dialer skills and queue priorities based on H2S reporting
  • Ensure agents are complying with technical requirements, tool usage & sales fraud guidelines
  • Lead, test and collaborate with IT & offshore partners to resolve software and technology issues for efficient and effective operations of the Sales Team
  • Provide support and help new agents learn and effectively use assigned tools
  • Lead development & documentation of SOPs for the Sales department
