Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree graduate
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English required to communicate effectively with clients and partners
  • Recent graduates (within 2 years of graduation) are encouraged to apply, with a preference for candidates from Materials or Engineering majors
  • Demonstrated strong market insight and excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills
  • High willingness to learn, adaptability, and readiness to travel for business as required
  • Outgoing personality, goal-oriented, passionate about sales, and eager to embrace challenges

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our product features, advantages, and market positioning
  • Become proficient in our new product development and sales processes
  • Actively monitor customer needs and dynamics
  • Accompany local sales leadership on customer visits and meticulously track the entire sales cycle, from quotation and contract drafting to signing, execution, and payment collection
  • Continuously monitor market trends and gather customer feedback
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and identify opportunities to expand our sales business scope
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing diligent post-sales follow-up and maintenance
