Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and/or business development for Forex/ Financial industry
  • Diploma/ High Diploma/ associate or bachelor’s Degree holder of business-related discipline
  • Fluent in verbal & written both English and Chinese, native Mandarin speaker or well understand China market will be an advantage
  • Passion in acquiring new business knowledge in fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter and fast learner
  • Able to multi-task, fast learner, good follow through, problem solving skill, good comprehension, customer relations and proactive mindset

Responsibilities

  • Research for potential clients to build a database of leads
  • Provide impressive client onboarding journey and high-quality service and product information to customers to satisfy their changing financial needs
  • Interact with customers through various channels such as phone call, emails, live chat to address customer enquiries in timely and accurate manner
  • Explore business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships by sharing our product training
  • Present up-to-date markets insights to our prestigious clients
  • Analyse the financial needs of a diverse range of customers from mass-market to high-net-worth segments, both locally and internationally
  • Perform in accordance with key performance metrics and contribute as a strong team player
