Flowcode is seeking a proactive and creative design intern to join their Design team in NYC, focusing on enhancing sales marketing efforts through compelling storytelling, deck design, and Flowcode product building. The ideal candidate should be a skilled communicator, multitasker, technologically proficient, passionate about innovation, currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in design, marketing, digital media, or a related field.

• Proactive and Ambitious: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take initiative in growth-driven projects
• Skilled Communicator: Excellent at communicating ideas and skilled in visual storytelling, with the ability to convey complex growth strategies through compelling visuals and narratives
• Multitasker: Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality growth marketing campaigns
• Technologically Proficient: Experienced with design and presentation tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Google Slides. Proficiency in After Effects is a significant plus, enabling advanced visual effects and animations
• Passionate about Innovation: Has a strong passion for design, technology, and creating engaging user experiences tailored to growth marketing
• Educational Background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in design, marketing, digital media, or a related field, with a keen interest in applying these skills to growth marketing initiatives

Responsibilities

• Collaborative Projects: Engage in a significant group project with other interns, demonstrating teamwork and creativity
• Visual Storytelling: Craft compelling visuals and narratives in marketing materials to enhance brand messaging
• Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies in marketing materials specifically designed to drive sales leads
• Deck Design: Develop and refine sales and external presentation decks to effectively communicate our value proposition
• Flowcode Product Building: Assist in the development and execution of Flowcode products, focusing on implementing and improving features that enhance user engagement and experience
• Presentation Skills: Conclude your internship by delivering a 10-20 minute presentation to the team about your projects and learning experiences
