• Detail-oriented and upholds client expectations throughout the entire process
• Action-oriented with sense of accountability and urgency
• Comfortable working across time zones with factories abroad
• Thrives in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment with changing policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Help Account Executives gather Deal information
• Take over all communications with the client from customization approvals to order placement with factories to billing and shipping
• Finalize customization details
• Share progress photos and updates
• Communicate delivery dates
• Manage clearance issues

Benefits

• $50,000 - $75,000 a year
• Listed salary does not include a commission based on Account Executive sales
