Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a SaaS business
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration capabilities
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to apply systems thinking to solve problems and improve the performance of complex projects
  • Ability to identify data inaccuracies and diagnose and own the development of solutions to correct disparities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks including user setup, profile management, permissions, and data management
  • Support the customization of Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows to meet business needs
  • Perform data imports, exports, and cleanup activities to maintain data accuracy and integrity
  • Provide first-level support for Salesforce users, addressing and resolving issues, and conducting user training sessions as needed
  • Assist in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to support decision-making and track key metrics
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with team members to implement enhancements
  • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and changes to the Salesforce environment
  • Ensure Salesforce data and processes adhere to company policies and best practices for data security and compliance
