Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience and strong Salesforce product knowledge
  • 1+ years of experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning component development
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security, and sharing architecture
  • Proficiency in SQL/SOQL
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues and find effective Salesforce solutions
  • Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree, or related experience preferably in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or similar software/database-related field
  • Strong relational database design skills
  • DevOps/release management experience and an understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge

Responsibilities

  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, sharing rules, etc
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, apps, actions, custom settings, dashboards and reports
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates (plan, test and launch), Sandbox environment management, Health Check, and Optimizer
  • Communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
  • Internal User support including new and existing user training, technical documentation and support tickets
  • Design and implement Service Cloud solutions to optimize customer service processes and enhance agent productivity
  • Configure and customize Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel routing, and Service Console
  • Set up and manage customer service automation tools like macros, quick text, and auto-response rules
  • Implement and manage customer self-service portals and communities using Experience Cloud
  • Design and implement escalation processes, SLAs, and entitlement management within Service Cloud
  • Develop custom Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components
  • Create and maintain triggers, custom objects, and fields
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems
  • Optimize existing code and configurations for improved performance
  • Perform regular system audits and implement Salesforce updates and new releases
  • Manage data migration, integration, and third-party app connections

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I and II, Experience Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant)
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Mulesoft Composer, Tableau, or other Salesforce products
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SSO configuration
